Hope

"He gives strength to the fainting; for the weak he makes vigor abound. Though young men faint and grow weary, and youths stagger and fall, They that hope in the LORD will renew their strength, they will soar as with eagles’ wings; They will run and not grow weary, walk and not grow faint." Isaiah 40

I hope so that I will grow strong. Hope seems to be the word of the day for me. I read a story this morning about an inexperienced person who used his inexperience to his advantage during a job interview. In job interviews, inexperience is the main reason why employers turn down applicants. But the applicant in the story turned it into a strength by saying that his lack of experience would mean that he'd rely on his out of the box thinking on how to do things. With this, he would be able to contribute fresh new creative ideas than those that are backed by experience. Good point. Nice new perspective don't you think?
